Today, we are going to celebrate Book Day. In my class, we are going to enjoy reading The Giving Tree, a beautiful book about generosity and the importance of gratitude.

 The first cycle students are going to attend a performance of the play The Frog Prince ON APRIL 29TH.  To help them better understand and enjoy the experience, we are going to learn  the main vocabulary they will encounter during the show. 

The Frog Prince

The Frog Prince is a fairy tale about a princess and a frog. One day, the princess loses her golden ball in a pond. A frog helps her get it back, but he asks her to be his friend.

At first, the princess does not want to be friends with the frog because he looks ugly. But later, she keeps her promise. When she is kind to the frog, he turns into a handsome prince!

The story teaches us to be kind, keep our promises, and not judge others by how they look.

 On April 15th,  we are going to see  the  theatre  play "Princess Polly and the dragon".

   We  are  going  to  see  how  brave  💪she  is  and  all  the  amazing  things  she  can  do 😍

 On April 16th,  we are going to read  the  storybook 

 "The  taste  of   the  Moon"
